Before Being Stripped
Floor stripping and waxing is the first step in maintaining a beautiful looking floor. Every floor is unique in its own way and needs to be treated as such. Over time floors will develop wax build up, scratches and begin to yellow and wear.

Our Floor Stripping process consists of the following:
Completely Stripped
- Sweeping and removing any debris from the floor including gum and stickers.
- Apply stripping solution to the floor and let it dwell for about 10 minutes.
- Razor scrape all edges and corners as detail work is an important part of the stripping process.
- Machine scrub the floor with an abrasive stripping pad to ensure all old floor finish has been removed.
- Remove all stripping solution and “slurry” from the floor
- Thoroughly rinse the floor and baseboards to ensure all stripping solution has been removed and the floor is ready for the finish.
- Apply the proper floor finish and coats to the floor as determined by our agreement.
- Propane buff the floor once floor finish is dried.
